Our Company, US Probate Leads, was organized for purposes of identifying distressed properties for investors. Initially, the company is concentrating on properties found in estates that have filed for probate. These properties may include residential real estate, commercial real estate, personal property, businesses, acreage, mineral rights, etc. Leads for these properties are generated by working directly with county probate clerks across the country to retrieve this data. Plans are in work to extend this product offering to include other properties, such as those belonging to individuals seeking divorce, properties in foreclosure, etc. We are a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation based in Plano, Texas, is expanding its operations throughout the United States. We have been operational since 2007 and during that time has developed proprietary processes and procedures allowing it to retrieve probate data from county probate courts anywhere in the nation. Information gathered is provided to investors located in each city and used to identify individuals with properties for sale. A team of very experienced telemarketers has recently been brought on board to assist in identifying property owners with distressed properties.
