The premiere service will be the Seller’s LoanCheck™ which is a detailed “snap-shot” of the relationship between the Buyer, Loan Originator and Lender who has provided the “Pre-Approval Letter” to the Seller. The pre-approved mortgage letter has become an oxymoronic term in real estate today, known to real estate professionals as having a wide disparity in validity. Through the use of a proprietary algorithm, and fair disclosure, LoanCheck will provide greater knowledge and confidence in the financing component of the transaction.
