Used to be in constant contact with the negotiator. Did BPO in mid October. Started calling negotiator back 2 weeks after that. Phone just goes straight to voice mail. Spoke to others in the department the only answer I can get is "ill send her an email". I know the BPO number is good, I have a buyer lined up, did the negotiator disappear on me?

IndyMac, now defunct, is now using several different servicer's now. Go their website and see if you can get a list. I have an SS originated by Indy and is now being handled by OneWest. For me, it was always with OneWest, so I am not sure if this is the case with you.

    Hope this helps.
