Good tip, guys. What would someone get for this certification?

Josh: This is a great site! Well done. We look forward to become active community members. Thanks for putting all of this together and for contacting us.
Thanks for the complements, but you didn't answer my question about the certification. Could you provide more information about it?

I was wondering if the OP was connected to or owned the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.
I have seen many agents with many different certifications but many times the buyers/sellers do not understand or care. Which is a shame because there are some really good designations out there.
Here is what they say about their certification: "Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require."
You can learn more on their site:

We personally know the Founder and the CEO and they enjoy a very good reputation in the luxury real estate community.
It would be great for some agents in my area, but it is completely different type of property than I normally handle.
Every agent needs to find that one segment of the market they like. I like investment type properties or dealing with blue collar people since that is really what I am.
