how to subscribe to bp blog post

how do i subscribe to biggerpocket blog post?  i did it somehow on my old account but i created a new one and i can't figure it out.  thanks

If you open the blog post and scroll to the bottom you should see a button or a box that allows you to subscribe to the blog. It is similar to the "follow topic" button at the bottom of this post.

what if it is being emailed to the an older email address that i don't have access to anymore?  Could i somehow unsubscribe and resubscribe with my current email address?

At the bottom of any email is a subscription options link.  Click that and you can update the address as needed or unsubscribe.
