Hi I am new from the Omaha, NE metro area. I'm glad I stumbled on this site. I have read everything, listened to cd's, viewed the homes, now I need funds ;)
Hello Kendra, and welcome to the site. To start out you might consider flipping properties. Look for hard money lenders in your local market and here on BP, or you can use Transactional Funding with none of your own money to flip short sale or REO properties. Niether are simple processes, so read up on the Forums here to help you decide which areas are a good fit for you.
