Hi Everyone!! I'm pretty new here and wanted to take this opportunity to say hello and introduce myself. I have been working in investment real estate all of my career. Most of my work has been around real estate flips. I have experience in locating and acquiring potential investment properties, working with a large funds, coordinating rehabs, listing properties to sell on the retail market, and personally investing in the near future.
Ultimately my goals on this forum are to connect with like minded people to learn and share information, and to make some positive connections that could potentially turn into profitable business ventures.

welcome!! I'm a new Sacramento investor. Currently I have been trying to aquire my first flip. In the process of reaching out to listing agents, and have made a few offers with no luck yet. Been very close a few different times. I'm looking for SFR homes in the range of $50-125k. Seems like it's a battle on REO properties right now. Are you currently working on any projects? Anything on the radar? Glad to see other sac investors frequent this site as well!!
