I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I've been on these forums for awhile, but never posted anything.

Absorbing all the great information you've all contributed!

Hopefully, I can be as helpful to you, as you've been to me.

    Mainly investment properties.

Multi, commercial, co-op. Not so much on residential. Although always willing to look :)

I'm licensed, but still new to the game in a sense.

    Welcome Ryan,

I'm sure that you will find plenty of information on the site. Feel free to ask any questions as well. Do you have any investments yet? Sounds like you work with commercial investors.

Look forward to hearing more about you.
