I have been looking for an experienced real estate transaction coordinator for my company on a part-time contract basis. I've posted on several message boards and job sites but I'm looking for a site that's likely to have someone with that type of experience reading the boards. Any ideas?
May I suggest that you redesign your approach. From my perspective many of the active members on the sight aren't really looking for a job. Rather, the reason for joining is to escape the grind of employee employer relationship.
Also many of the active members that may be able/willing to help you are already doing quite well in the real estate industry and are not searching for sub-ordinate positions. Yet these same individuals don't mind sharing valuable information. I suggest that you infiltrate the forum by exchanging ideas and becoming involved in some of the discussions while at the same time slowly working in your personal agenda. A good way to start would be to tell everyone a little about yourself.
As it is illegal to birddog in Texas, I work on a % partnership basis with several investors. I locate properties and do a complete workup on them for the investor including, legal background, comps, repair costs, etc. I arrange all rehab and follow through with listings and rentals. If you are interested in finding properties in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas, please let me know. G. Reeves
As a realtor, I run across lots of properties with lots of value after repair. If your are interested in Atlanta I'd love to be on your team. I usuallly find pre-foreclosures, Bank foreclosures, Expired listings and sellers that are very motivated. Fsbo's, unless they are in foreclosure or some kind of trouble. I dont usually touch, The owners usually have the property so over priced, We would probable negotiate 12 contracts only to reach no agreement. I only seek properties in the up and comming area's were the equity is 80k+. And boy do I mean Plus. I'm not sure how long this will last. But, its been great so far.
