cris chico??

1st, i'm new to this site. just trying to get a feel for some things. i recently inquired about michael kimble out of austin. got lots of looks, but no replies. i'm looking at a lot of different things. was wondering if anyone has reviewed cris chico's "virtual wholesaling" and if it is worthwhile, or another one of those "too good to be true?"

I have ordered some of Cris Chico's stuff. It is quality, useful and good material.....however, just like most "gurus" he makes wholesaling seem a lot easier than it is.

If you put in the hard work you will be successful, but it isn't easy.
