Has anyone taken the educational real estate investor courses that Nouveau Riche University offers and used their concierge services, if so what was your experience with it and was it worth the investment for the education?

You can do a forum search for the company's name and you'll see that there have been many discussions here on BiggerPockets. That said, you'll also notice that most of those threads are now locked, and that many of the NRU promoters are no longer members here.
