Hey Jeremy, I used Freedom soft when I started out in wholesaling. It provided information on who was buying properties in a particular area, the amount they paid and also the address. However, I have access to the MLS in my area therefore it didn't provide much of a difference. I would suggest getting the MLS in your area oppose to Freedom Soft. Hope this help!
