Northern CA Bay Area
I thought I would set up this thread to network with any local investors in Northern CA. Say hello if you would like to network locally or in person.
Not very far at all. I work primarily in the Sacramento area but I also get my fair share of work out of the Bay Area. There are tons of deals out there especially with Bank Owned properties on the market. I come across some real gems just working on appraisals.
Anyhow let me know if you need an appraiser involved in your area.

I have found quite a few good networking groups locally on Meetup.com you should check them out. The main thing is showing up. I've actually been connected with someone there whom I've done quite a few wholesale deals with. You never know who you might meet.
There is a REI Club that also meets in the Walnut Creek area that I participate in. First Monday of each month.
