INVESTWAY -- Anyone used/using this service for comps?

Pretty much in subject.

There's a local RE guy that advertises for them. I dont have a problem with him getting a kickback if the company is legit,nor do I have a problem paying their fees if I dont have to CONVINCE all the local realtors I'm serious about buying and not a tire kicker. Most want POF to work on comps for me. It's getting frustrating.
