Hello BP!
I'm trying to get the most accurate Comps for my due diligence, but I don't have access to the MLS and I don't want to bug my real estate agent. Does anyone know of a more efficient and accurate way of pulling Comps?

I use *******************.com which is a combo of Zillow and Eppraisal. It's a free site and you usually get what you pay for. I would recommend using a real estate agent to get comps in the area you are looking alongside these free sites
