Trying to find a certain Topic, Pertaining to Pulling Comps...
I've been searching for this one thread about pulling comps,calculating ARV, and repairs, all that good stuff. I've used almost every keyword that I THOUGHT would help me find it, and still nothing. I'm praying it wasn't deleted. It was a VERY detailed long topic about pulling Comps and such without a realtor to aid you. I believe the creator of the thread was a female, and it had numerous formulas and such. I really want to locate this topic before calls start flooding in.
