Keep in mind that "National" and "Averages" mean little to a specific town or even neighborhood. While the National forclosure this and that may have one figure, a local market can have something entirely different. I believe too much media and table talk about these topics just creates more speculation and guessing, along with fear (which is most likely their intent).

We're just going to see people start walking away from their homes in droves . . . this report just strengthens what I've been saying for a while now: we're far from seeing the bottom of this housing mess, despite what the politicians and interest groups want you to think.
