I just thought it was ironic that the states and cities are having the same problem I am...getting the properties away from the banks.

This is a good thing! Investors and home buuyers are getting the properties instead of the government. How is that bad? This program was set up to make sure the homes did not sit and rot. They homes are not sitting and rotting. Pass the funds back to the government. Pay off some of our never ending debt!
