Look for: Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation, the Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) certification, the Accredited Commercial Manager certification, and the Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®)
National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)
Organization focused on managing single-family and small residential properties, and promotes business ethics, professionalism and fair housing practice. The Association also certifies its members in the standards and practices of the residential property management industry and promotes continuing professional education.
