I just found this site and am very excited to be part of it. It looks like there are a lot of great contacts here. Real estate investing is a hobby of mine. I am a full time loan consultant and have switched gears and moved into brokering bulk REO deals. I hope to meet some good people on this site. Cheers!
Welcome to the site Troy! MVP Troy... reminds of the Aikman of my beloved Cowboys who got their a$$ kicked because of their soft QB now!!!!!!!!! Whew, I think I have some pent up anger!! :D
Those cowboys sure blew it. I get the whole troy aikman thing a lot but i'm not a fan. I do like TO but that's about it. Eventhough my local teams aren't doing well, i have to stick by them.
With the name of troy smith (especially with MVP attached) I think of the heisman trophy winner troy smith of the osu buckeyes last year! - looks like a successful name however you cut it.
this site is great with solid knowledge from people out there 'getting er done'.

I knew that was coming next. I do get more Heisman trophy comments than Troy Aikman ones. I guess it's good company to be grouped with. No complaints here.
