I am a graduate of The Ohio State University, where I earned a B.S. in real estate and urban analysis. Currently, I am a Realtor and Project Manager where I focus on helping investors start or expand their portfolios, guide first-time buyers through the home-buying process, and manage full-scale renovations of properties around the area.

Brandon was absolutely fantastic! We were a little apprehensive during the process and somewhat picky, but he was patient and gave us the support we needed. He had great recommendations and is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a house, good or bad. Brandon is also a skilled negotiator and gave us a realistic outlook on our offer. He went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor to make sure that we were well informed and confident in our purchase. Will be recommending him to everyone I know. Would give him six stars if I could.

We had an incredible experience working with Brandon, especially since we were buying from out of town. He made the entire remote process seamless, ensuring we had all the necessary information at every step. He is incredibly knowledgeable, deeply well-connected, and highly communicative. What we appreciated most was his absolute honesty—he actually discouraged us from making a bad purchase, proving he cared more about our long-term happiness than a quick payday. He never rushed us and truly had our backs. We couldn't recommend him more highly!

As a new out of state investor from CA, I was a little apprehensive about the thought of not being able to drive by my investment. Brandon became my "boots on the ground" taking walk through videos of potential properties, inspections, and searching for really great deals both on market and off. He found me a great property and I am currently doing my first BRRRR. Couldn't have done it without Brandon on my team. Another huge advantage is that Brandon was born and raised in Columbus. His knowledge of the local market is second to none. Looking forward to doing many more deals with Brandon.

Thanks to Brandon I was able to purchase my first investment property in Columbus after only a few months of working together. As a newbie he was extremely patient answering all of my questions and provided thorough answers to every single one of them. His proactive nature made the process seamless, and he would consistently reach out to me with thoughts and possible strategies that ended up ensuring that I got a better. I highly recommend working with Brandon. My husband and I are out of state real estate investors and were looking for a rental property to purchase for a midterm rental in the Columbus OH area. We spoke to a few different agents but ultimately decided to work with Brandon. He was super responsive and very helpful identifying properties that fit our buy box. He ultimately recommended a listing that had been sitting for some time that was in a great location close to several major hospitals. We put in an offer and closed on the house in early February. After some anticipated rehab time, we were able to find qualified tenants within 2 days of posting our listing on Furnished Finder for above market rent. I should also mention that Brandon was able to refer us to several great contractors that did excellent work! We look forward to working with him again on our next property!
