Retirement forecast simulator that includes rentals

Hi all, 

My wife and I are trying to find good software to forecast our retirement savings. A lot of the ones I've come across are pretty weak when it comes to customizing numbers for rental properties. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a finance app that includes rental properties in a meaningful way? Thank you!!
