Hello to all my BP friends out there.

I am interested in hosting a handful of people at my home office in January.  I'd like to keep it going from there as our relationships grow.  I am seeking highly motivated individuals who can appreciate other "go getters" in a small group setting.  If this gets a little larger than planned, I'll take it to another office.  Again, i'm looking for those that refuse to give up!

I'm interested in a small group of individuals from the highly motivated first year investor, who can still bring value, up to the seasoned wholesaler or investors that are still killing it at the RE business. I'm looking for individuals that aren't afraid to talk about themselves but are also very positive and enjoy sharing the lessons they've learned.  I am looking for out of the box thinkers that I too can bounce my many ideas off.  This business is about relationships and how we can help each other out.

I realize there is so much to learn from others.  I personally love informing other investors what I have done, have learned and future goals.  I enjoy helping out new investors, offering suggestions, walking through their rehabs etc.  I was out this morning for a meeting, I expected it to be 30 minutes.  Two hours later, we're still sitting there talking shop.

Instead of spending time driving, random coffee meetings with so many individuals, I've decided to focus a lot of this time into a small group talking shop.  Not to say sitting down one on one is wasteful, its far from that.  But I'd like to take that to the next level.  I know for me, the extra pressure of offering this and making it happen is what will keep me growing faster than I expect.

I live near East Atlanta Village, just outside Fulton, but still in DeKalb County.
