Can you wholesale a business with assigned contract

i was wondering if it was possible to wholesale a business through assigning the purchase contract . I have a restaurant that has high revenues and was able to negotiate a price that was half of the revenue . Would it be possible to assign this contract and sell it to another investor such as with real estate wholesaling .
