Hello all!

I’m an experienced real estate investor outside of the US, and I’m looking to expand my investments into the Pittsburgh, PA market.

Eager to find flips - ideally 3-bedroom single-family homes.

I’m seeking recommendations for reliable sources of off-market deals through wholesalers.

As a cash buyer, any insights on recommended wholesalers would be greatly appreciated!
