Hi I am a new investor from out of state and I am considering 2 properties, one of them is in the Edgerton area multi family unit that is turnkey around 100k, the other is close to the university of Rochester on Frost street, but one of the units needs work. Is the Edgerton area improving and upcoming? Thoughts welcome
