Hello, my partner and I would like to get into real investing. We're interested in long term rentals, short term rentals, and/or house hacking but we’re not sure where to start. Looking for a mentor to help us determine some good markets, strategies, etc.
Everything has to start with your goals. There are tons of different strategies in real estate. What I’ve been taught by my mentors is get clear about your goals then reverse engineer how to get there. Find a partner that’s been doing a strategy that you want to do and figure out how to provide value to them. Feel feee to dm me and I’ll see if I can get you in the right direction

Hi @Aurora Zemjanis The first thing I'd recommend is to focus on a city/market where you either 1) currently or have previously lived, 2) have family/friends that live there, or 3) travel to for work or vacation frequently.
