contemplating a duplex purchase
I want to spend about 125K in a rental house or duplex in the 37421 area, it will be first investment Do I need license, permit of any sort from city or county? please give an opinion of the market in this area and if you could make suggestions for a first timer. note I used to do apartment maintenance for 9 years I do have some experience that part of the industry
