Hi BP!! I'm currently living abroad but am interested in investing in Real Estate back home in the states. Has anyone had experience doing this? Wouldn't signing contracts and such require face to face meetings? I am just starting out and it feels like a huge roadblock to getting started.  Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
