Any tips for new Wholesalers with a full-time job?

I consider myself new to REI even though I've had a rental property (recently sold it).

This time I’m starting with Wholesaling. A lot of the Wholesalers I’ve heard of is doing it full time already.

Any tips for Wholesaling on side of a full-time job?
