Do I qualify for FHA or conventional?

Do I qualify for FHA or conventional?

Hello all,

Quick question. My parents were going through a divorce but they never officially filed. During the process of their divorce they decided to change the title of their home to my name. It was never sold to me. Do I still qualify as a first time home buyer once I apply for a FHA or conventional loan? This has been on my mind for a couple of weeks now, and I'm afraid of the responses. Thank you in advance.

    @Juan Alvarez

    You should be able to qualify for an FHA loan so long as you do not currently already have an FHA mortgage in your name. It does not have to be your first mortgage.
