Hello BP! 

my name is Alton, new to REI but have done my due diligence by following BP lesson plans and other avenues. Bought my first piece of raw land which I hope to build a SFH and sale. Any advice to raw land investors in texas.. more specifically in Austin and surrounding area? Thanks in advance!
