Hey y'all, hope everyone is having a good day. I am a new investor looking to purchase a couple of small 1/1 condos for short term rentals. Does anyone else on here do this? I'm wondering what I should be looking for and how I can calculate possible returns for these properties. Also who do y'all use to manage these properties? I've called a few management companies and they want to charge 18% and I feel like that that's a little high. Any and all advice is welcome and thanks in advance for any help! :)
