Hi anyone have any experience in how these work? Is the contractor paid after work is completed? Anyone have any good advice on getting a better deal on the service in these situations. Thanks.

Are you referring to regular FHA loans with escrow for minor repairs or 203K loan?

Money is held in escrow and paid out as a draw as work is completed.
