First-time OOS Investor Looking to Build REI Team in Indianapolis

I’m a first-time out of state investor from NY. After doing plenty of research, I've decided to start investing in small multi-family properties in Indianapolis. I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in the next 2-4 months.

Does anyone know of any investor-friendly agents, lenders, and property managers that may be a fit for me?

@Fed Finjap, Indianapolis is a great market. I'm in Southern California and I've built a portfolio in Indianapolis. Happy to answer any questions you have and recommend local vendors in area once you're ready to acquire. 

@Michael Margarella is also an OOS investor based on the East Coast. I recommend connecting with him as he's doing various types of investments in Indy.

    @Fed Finjap, Indianapolis is a great market. I'm in Southern California and I've built a portfolio in Indianapolis. Happy to answer any questions you have and recommend local vendors in area once you're ready to acquire. 

    @Michael Margarella is also an OOS investor based on the East Coast. I recommend connecting with him as he's doing various types of investments in Indy.

    Hi guys, I am also interested in Indy, and am currently reviewing properties sent by the agent I'm working with. Looking a little further afield, does anyone have a recommendation for a solid property manager for Anderson or Shelbyville? I've interviewed one PM in Indy, but that firm doesn't venture that far out as they already have a full plate within the city. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    In return I can offer a recommendation for a solid contractor I know there and info related to the Jacksonville, FL market if anyone would find that helpful.

    I'm using Middle Town Property Group, LLC near and around Muncie, IN. They seem to have a expansive map area. I would look into them.

    Hey, be sure to join CIREIA ... you can join the meetings virtually. google them. Also, yes I have a property manager, actually a few I can refer you to. I also have a damn could investment realtor that does a great job crunching the numbers for me when we send him properties to let me know if it's a good deal or not. I've heard of a good broker as well, PM If you want their contact info!

    @Fed Finjap we've been active in Indianapolis for several years and as much as I love the market, I don't recommend it for MF. Most MF units, with rare exception, are in the old, rough areas of the city. In my opinion, there are much better markets for MF including Kansas City and also the Quad Cities which tends to be under the radar.
