Hi, I'm looking to connect with a real estate agent in the Palm Springs, CA area that specializes (or has their own) short-term rentals in the area. Emphasis on local area connections with cleaners, handymen, pool/landscaping, etc. Bonus points for knowledge on permitting/marketing. I'll be in the area later this week.

Hi Wayne. If a local specialized realtor doesn't step up, here- you may need to call the largest in the area and ask for the managing broker to recommend 1 of their more seasoned agents. Good luck.

Adam is a lawyer, used to own/run a short-term rental PM company, and his wife is on the PS City Council. Specialties are vacation rentals and commercial. Look no further.
