    I am a real estate agent that works with investors. Typically, STR; weekly, monthly or Annual rentals, etc. Recently I have had a lot of requests for Airbnb type properties and providing detail on purchase, rental rates, returns etc. I can only find Mashvisor as a resource and it is almost 4k be able to view state of Florida, and that is with BP Discount Code.. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Thanks

    Happy to discuss investing in the Boise Metro area.  Work with a ton of investors with both Long and Short term rentals.  Just started helping our clients with property management as well.

     I cover the emerald coast (gulf breeze to Panama City beach) We specialize in flipping/rehabbing, building and str on the emerald coast. We help first time home buyers or military personal buy their first, upgrade and make it cash flow to buy more to increase their long term wealth.

    I've strictly worked with investors for my entire career.

    Currently focusing on helping investors find, analyze, acquire, set up, and optimize STRs in CA, GA, AL, and NC. '

    Love the idea of networking with other agents! Most agents I meet are setting up open houses and baking cookies rather than breaking down CAP rates. It'll be refreshing to connect with some agents that are breaking down the analytical side of things.

    @Tyler Solomon doing my part to turn this into a super thread (almost said spreader!) Anyway I am an agent here in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Work with investors buying/selling and holding rentals. A lot of people in our area tend to be seasoned investors.  Many have built models they use to analyze properties. We provide local market stats, advice on offers and negotiations and advice on how their models may work or not work given our local market conditions.

     why would you need a realtor? I have done about 500 deals in the Cleveland markets, never using a realtor, 

    Just go to your local RE meet, there will be deals there, no need for a realtor
