What are the best lead generation sources for real estate agents in this market?

I am looking for new lead sources to keep my team busy during this market. We currently, are on Zillow Flex and get a lot of business that way and we market to our past clients. I have been looking into Z-Buyer, Bigger Pockets Leads, and Realtor.com.

Here are my numbers for my closed sales from BP as of two weeks ago.  Conversion rate on the leads is about 4-6%.
