Hello all,
I just moved to the Cleveland area and am just starting out in real estate investing. I have capital and financing lined up, so I am ready to jump in! I am looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable about the eastern part of Cleveland (Shaker Heights, Solon, University Heights, etc) who can work with me to find properties. Obviously this would need to be someone who is investor-friendly -preferably someone who is an investor themselves- and willing to be patient enough to educate a new investor (I promise that I am a fast learner!). I am looking to buy several properties over the next several months/years, so we are talking about a long-term partnership once I find the right person.

@Rajesh Patel I have been in touch with them, actually, and am awaiting a response. My understanding is that HW focuses mostly on the west part of Cleveland, and I want to look in the east too, hence the request for an agent specializing in the areas I mentioned.
HW predominately focus in the WEST, but we do have some of the portfolio for investors in Maple and Garfield Heights as well as Bedford. Those area's we feel are low risk for our clients
I have purchased four rental properties on the east side of Cleveland over the last eight years. I have used David Terbeek from Remax and highly recommend him. His office is in Solon. He is now also my property manager. He was only an agent and not a property manager when I started. A few years later he started doing property management, too. I own properties in Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Maple Heights, and South Euclid.

I am also in the same boat looking for agents to work with in the Cleveland Heights, Shaker, University Heights, and East Cleveland areas. I grew up in Cleveland and then moved out to California.
