How to repay an agent who helped us purchase an off market deal

My wife and I closed on a duplex for investment today. It was purchased off market but we had help from her Aunt who is a real estate agent. While she volunteered to help, we would like to repay the service in some way. We found the property through a personal contact and did most of the day to day work to get it to close ourselves. Her advice was invaluable and she made a few phone calls for us as well. Should we pay her some sort of consulting fee? What is the best way to repay her and express our gratitude/compensate her for her time?

If you'd like you can pay her the standard broker's fee of 3%. If you don't want to pay that much, hell just advertise for her and get her a lead or two. That'll make her day.
