What books do you recommend for new real estate agents

I am just beginning my career in real estate and am wondering what books you all recommend? I’d love a book that helps with leads, people skills, and some terminology to help keep my brain fresh!

@Colin Kelley I would read Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. Hands down the best book on negotiations

    Check out these books to get started:

    by Daniel James Lesniak - This is an excellent road map to a successful career in real estate.


    by Gary Keller with Dave Jenks and Jay Papasan - Pretty much the Bible for real estate agents.

    Mindset: The New Psychology of Success (Carol Dweck) - This book will get you into a growth mindset.

    Fanatical Prospecting: The Ultimate Guide to Opening Sales Conversations and Filling the Pipeline by Leveraging Social Selling, Telephone, Email, Text, and Cold Calling (Jeb Blount) - Prospect, prospect, prospect!

    Some of those books are better for once you've gotten it underway. The best ones for the very beginning in my opinion are Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents and then 7L: The Seven Levels of Communication by Michael Maher. Also, The One Thing by Gary Keller I would read before Millionaire Real Estate Agent because unless you can focus on your one thing you will not get to millionaire status.
