KvCore and Exp Realty

Hello everyone,

I am doing some research about Exp Realty and I am very fascinated about their models. One thing I can't really understand is how good is KV Core system as lead generation: does it provides quality leads? 

For my understanding it is something similar to Opcity, claiming a leads before everyone else.

Also I read about the chance to buy additional leads: what is it specifically?

Don't depend on someone else for leads.  Never be dependent on your broker or Zillow or someone else to provide you leads.  Generate your own.  Go with a company that shows you how to generate your own leads, work those leads, close those leads.

    Don't depend on someone else for leads.  Never be dependent on your broker or Zillow or someone else to provide you leads.  Generate your own.  Go with a company that shows you how to generate your own leads, work those leads, close those leads.

    Hey Luca!

    KVCore is a great lead generation platform but it is not like Opcity. KVCore is a platform and system that you can use to create landing pages, squeeze pages, marketing pieces, campaigns, have your own customizable website etc.

    Whereas Opcity will give you leads and charges a referral fee. KVCore is a platform that you can use to generate your own leads however you wish. It also comes with one of the best CRM platforms.

    If you want to spend some money to buy leads at eXp, you can do so through the Making it Rain program. That program works similarly to Zillow Premier where you pay for eXp to run Facebook and Google ads for you to follow up with and convert. Although I haven’t used that program myself I’ve heard from other agents in the company that it yields better results than Zillow.

     That is what KV Core is! It is a platform that allows you to build your own system to obtain leads. It is a free service to any and all eXp agents which typically runs in the thousands to anybody else.

    @Luca Giani  As mentioned here KVCore is more of a platform to organize and plan automated follow up on leads from external sources.  It can use API tech to pull in your leads from any paid source OR you can process the payments/budgets directly through KVcore that connect directly to Facebook, Zillow, etc.    Im about to start exploring the upgraded "KVcore Team" platform for my team and it looks decent so far if you have agents that you hand leads to.

    @Luca Giani KvCore and Opcity are not the same thing. 

    It allows you to create Listing Sign Riders, create squeeze pages, landing pages, and FB Marketplace Posts. 

    You can also auto-post to social media. It also has the capacity to do some auto follow-up with your leads via some auto campaigns.
