Looking to join low cost real estate brokerage in Massachusetts

Hi all,

I recently passed my real estate salesperson exam. Currently I am looking to join Massachusetts real estate brokerage who offers good splits and less fees. My focus is not really to sell real estates but rather buy investment properties to save some commission. Having said that, I won’t mind helping friends and families sell their houses here and there. That’s why some training in the beginning would be great. I have interviewed Lamacchia, Berkshire, KW so far, Lamacchia seems to have great trainings but their fees are high, same with Berkshire and heard that KW has higher fees too even though they have higher splits.

Any help would be appreciated? Let me know which brokers you guys think are good iaround Malden / Somerville/ Cambridge area?

Thanks!

For lowest fees check out the virtual brokerages like Exp and Compass. I know Exp had lots of virtual trainings and competitive splits. @Jeremy Wirths is an active agent here on BP and has been a Exp agent for a while.

I run a team of investor focused agents out of Lowell MA. I provide leads, mentorship, and training to the team and so our fees higher but so are our expenses. It’s a trade off.

Congrats on getting your license and feel free to reachout if you have any questions.
best of luck!
