Hello! My name Charlie Cole and I am 22 years old. I am interested in investing in real estate in the DFW area (specifically Denton) with creative financing methods, and I am trying to expand my network of players in the game of real estate.

If anyone on here is experienced and willing to share information about getting into this game, connect with me to set up a call so I can ask you questions, and/or collaborate on a deal, as I would love to gain hands-on knowledge and experience as quickly as possible, as well as cultivate trust and relationships that lead to more business and deals in the future.

    Love to see it, im 28 and basically doing the same thing. Im in Fl, licensed across the country though. I dont know how much value I could provide you with on the Real Estate side of things, but if you had any questions about financing or wanted to know how that side works id be happy to give you some insight!
