Rehab Renovation Financing

Hi,

I have a 4 unit rental building in St.Louis, Mo. The building is free and clear with no mortgage but needs a refresh.  Two units are currently vacant and the other two units are occupied.  Trying to figure out next steps on financing for renovations.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
