Good morning. Does anyone have recommendations on commercial real estate brokers in Milwaukee and Dallas that focus on 10+ unit properties. I have agents that specialize in residential multi-family properties but need commercial only. Thank you

Hi @Brittney Wright –great question. When you’re looking at 10+ unit properties, working with brokers who specialize in commercial multifamily investment sales is definitely the right move.
If you’re actively looking at acquisitions, feel free to reach out as well. We work with investors financing multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial investment properties, and we’re always happy to help review deal structures or connect you with the right financing options once you identify a property. Best of luck!
I hope all is well, I can assist in the Milwaukee and Dallas markets. I can help funding in the following property types:
Apartment Buildings (1 to 4 units) Apartment Buildings (5 units and up) - No cap on units) Auto Body Bowling Alley C-Store Car Washes Churches Commercial Development (Case by Case) Equipment Loans Fitness Centers Franchise Operations Funeral Homes Gas Station Golf Courses Ground up Construction Hardware Stores Home Health Care Hotels (must be flagged) Industrial / Warehouse Laundromats Mall Marinas & Boat Yards Medical Mix-Use NNN Buildings Office Parking Lots Pet Care Restaurants Retail RV, Moble Homes and Trailer Parks Senior Living (and assisted living) Sports Facility Storage Facility Strip Mall Student Housing Veterinary and more!

I would go to the Momentum Multifamily event Thursday night in Farmers Branch. That's where the players will be this week.
I think one trick for us here in DFW area is there are not a lot of 10-20 units around. What is here rarely trades hands. There are some 40 unit range buildings, but they're mostly older from 50s,60s,70s. Be careful buying those, unless you want to go to MF university the hard way. Those aren't easy. I did see a 9 unit 2009 build the other day. It's 3 tri-plexes.
