I'm just about to sign a contract on a SFR property in Little Rock, AR. Could anyone recommend a high quality home inspector?

    @Matt Looney Thanks again!  I went with Colby Neal at Pinnacle like you suggested, and he did a great job.  Very detailed report with solid recommendations, at a very reasonable price.

    @Thomas Smith i use Richard Mbely from the Pro Team.

    Good for residential and multi family.

    I've used Greg Joyner and one other. I'd recommend Greg, I wouldn't recommend the other :)
