Hey Guys,

I am working on my BRRRR project in Oakland, California and I am in need of an Architect to help me with plans. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you Bigger Pockets family!

Thanks @Mark Pedroza

Hi @Anwar Alkabs I work at a bigger firm so depending on the size of the project we might not be a good fit but I'm happy to answer questions as best as I can. What is the scope of the project? As others have mentioned you may only need a structural engineer but there is value to having an architect design the plans. They may catch or suggest stuff that will improve the project's rental or resale value. We are also better versed in life safety and exiting requirements.
