I recently sold one of my investment properties in Las Vegas and will be selling another one this year and would like to re-invest in a new market (state). I am not sure where to begin looking or what market of real estate to look into.
I read that Memphis or Orlando is good but I want to invest with the least down and work to build a portfolio of multi properties over a course of the next couple years.
I am on the fence about purchasing single-family or multi-family units.
Anyone know of a website or reports on the market areas and if multi or single-family properties are best (i.e. ROI, short and long, etc.)??
