@Sara Sileo There are a whole lot of flippers in the Charleston Area. Come to our monthly meetup called REI Central to jump start. We had about 120 people in the room last month. It's the 1st Thursday of each month from 6-8pm at Palmetto Brewing Co downtown.

Charleston native here, born and raised (don't find too many of those anymore). My brother and I started targeting small multi-family and are actively buying and wholesaling across the SouthEast. Would love to connect and partner with more real estate entrepreneurs and link up.

We attended February's REI meetup at Palmetto Brewery and the event was an absolute packed house. Looking forward to the next one in March.
